If you are experiencing issues accessing a website or link found in your Lincoln Learning course, you will want to turn off the pop-up blocker.
Below are directions for disabling pop-up blockers in Chrome on a PC or Chromebook or in Chrome on an iPad.
Disabling Pop-Up Blockers on a PC or Chromebook
On your PC on Chromebook, open Chrome.
On the top right toolbar, click the three vertical dots.
On the drop-down menu, click Settings.
Scroll down to Privacy and security. Then, click Site Settings.
Scroll to the Content section. Then, click Pop-ups and redirects.
Under Default Behavior, select Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects.
Disabling Pop-Up Blockers on an iPad
On your iPad, open Chrome.
On the upper right toolbar, tap the three horizontal dots.
On the drop-down menu, tap Settings.
On the pop-up menu, scroll down and tap Content Settings.
Tap Block Pop-ups.
Tap the slider to move it to the left. This disables the pop-up blocker.
