Lincoln Learning Solutions (LLS) has partnered with Creatium to create a suite of innovative AI learning products. Trained on Lincoln Learning’s award-winning, trusted, standards-aligned curriculum, Lincoln AI may enrich the learning experience by extending beyond the educational content to connect ideas, spark curiosity, and make learning personal. Using proprietary AI built on third-party large-language models, it supports questions, explains concepts in different ways, and guides students step by step through challenging materials. With built-in safety and instructional guardrails customized for school-age learners, Lincoln AI keeps conversations accurate and aligned with what students are studying. Parents and teachers can be confident that it won't engage with learners on unsafe topics and that safety concerns will be flagged to an adult.
Lincoln AI offers two distinct product options to support student success:
- Learning Assistant: an AI-powered learning assistant embedded within the LLS curriculum, available on select learning objects
- Learning Coach: an AI-powered stand-alone learning coach option for students needing extra support

Available 24/7, this means fewer roadblocks for students, more confidence, and the ability to keep learning at their own pace, even when a teacher isn't immediately available.
Q. How does Lincoln AI protect personal information?
A. Lincoln AI is designed to protect student data and to meet data privacy requirements, including FERPA and COPPA. Additionally, by default, student information is not used for AI model training or product improvement purposes.

Q. Does Lincoln AI work for students with diverse learning styles?
A. Yes, both Lincoln AI products are designed to support students across all levels, abilities, and learning preferences. They adapt to each learner in real time by using the student’s language, responses, and demonstrated understanding to personalize support. Talk-to-text and typing are also available in both product options.
Q. What will Lincoln AI do if a student directly asks a test question or asks it to complete work on their behalf?
A. Lincoln AI is trained to recognize when learners are seeking answers directly. Rather than responding to direct student questions that may be test questions or completing tasks when asked, Lincoln AI is trained to break down topics by pointing open-ended questions back toward learners and helping them to arrive at a solution themselves. Direct requests to complete homework or task (e.g., "write a paragraph about...") will trigger the customized instructional guardrails so that Lincoln AI will redirect the student and offer other paths to help, such as using an example problem that it supplies.
