  • The Lincoln AI Learning Assistant's introduction has been shortened, and the behavior of the learning assisant has been updated to differentiate between the following grade levels and subjects:
    • K-5
      • Slower speaking with a varied and engaging tone
      • Responses of 1-2 sentences in length
      • Explicit instructional approach
      • Focus on student's learning while using encouragement
    • 6-12 English Language Arts
      • Shorter responses followed by clarifying questions
      • Use of thoughtful and Socratic questioning to deepen understanding
      • More complex sentence structures, examples, analysis levels, and critical thinking
    • 6-12 Social Studies
      • Supportive and encouraging instruction for middle schoolers
      • Content-focused mentorship for high schoolers
      • Use of open-ended questioning
      • Off-topic prompt handling by making cross-curricular connections, then relating back to the current learning experience
  • The learning assistant's vocabulary is appropriate for the user's grade level and learning experience.
  • Learning assistants will redirect students back to the current learning experience in response to off-topic user prompts or questions.
  • The synchronization between audio and text has improved.
  • Once the user enables the microphone, it will remained enabled
