This resource provides highlights of the September updates to Lincoln AI that improve the experience for students and teachers.
Learning Assistant
Numeric Answers Are Now Handled More Smoothly
Students can now submit simple numeric responses such as "5" or "12" without receiving an unexpected warning message. These answers will be processed normally, creating a smoother interaction with the Learning Assistant.
Learning Coach
Improved Voice-to-Text Accuracy
Background speech or conversations from nearby individuals will no longer be added to a student's typed messages or transcript. Students using voice input may still briefly see a caption appear while the system is listening, but incorrect captions will now automatically clear and will not be included in messages or transcripts.
