Added the License Card to the Client Admin dashboard for visibility for the user to see the number of licenses purchased and used.
Added additional functionality for each Multi-Solution Client to have the ability to default new student creation to be a License vs. Course Solution student.

NOTE: Client Success Specialists will set the default setting for new students to be created as a License or Course Solution student based on a Client Admin request.
