Functionality Enhancements

• Added permissions surrounding Additional LMS Connections on User Records to be available to only System Administrators and Administrators.

Resolved Bugs

• Removed multiple Additional LMS User’s which were created in error.
• Addressed the issue causing the Additional LMS Connections for Users when adding a Mentor association to a Student Record.
