Making a Student Inactive
This article explains how to make a student inactive in Pulse which removes the student from Lincoln Learning courses.
NOTE: Making a student Inactive automatically updates all the student's enrollments; no further action is necessary.
IMPORTANT: To drop individual class enrollments for an Active student, please manually edit the enrollment and change the status to Dropped.
In the Users tab, search for the student you wish to make inactive.
Click the Full Name hyperlink to open the student record.
The student’s Information record displays. Under Client Information, click the Status drop-down arrow. Then, select Inactive from the list.
Click Save, Save & New, Save & Close, or Discard Changes.
