PULSE
Bounce-Back
Description: When an auto-generated email is sent and bounces back due to an invalid email address, this job is triggered to send the bounce-back email notification.
Frequency/Trigger: Sent when email is bounced back
Course Expiration Alerts
Description: This job checks all active enrollment end dates that are ten (10) days out and triggers the Course Expiration notification.
Frequency/Trigger: Daily at 6:00 a.m. EST
Student Progress Report Emails
Description: This job triggers student progress emails to be sent five (5) times per year on a pre-designated schedule.
Frequency/Trigger: Every three weeks at 10:00 p.m. EST
Reset Student License
Description: This job resets all student records to have a false Student License value at the start of the school year.
Frequency/Trigger: 7/1 at 12:00 a.m. EST
Expired Enrollments
Description: This job sets student enrollments to Expired the day after the enrollment end date.
Frequency/Trigger: Daily at 6:00 a.m. EST
Inactivate Enrollments
Description: This job sets student enrollments to inactive when the current status is expired; the current date is equal to the enrollment end date plus 14 days.
Frequency/Trigger: Daily at 6:00 a.m. EST
SBO
Sync RMA
Description: This job imports all RMA information from SBO for all enrollments that have been set to a Dropped status.
Frequency/Trigger: Every 30 minutes
Sync ERP Orders
Description: This job syncs order status and information from SBO after the order is created in Pulse.
Frequency/Trigger: Every hour
LMS
Grade Report
Description: This is a rolling update that pulls in enrollment-related data from the LMS. It is a continuous update that starts over importing the most out-of-date data first. Timing varies depending on the amount of data needing to be updated.
Frequency/Trigger: Rolling
