Training Offerings

This resource identifies Lincoln Learning Solutions’ Training offerings, descriptions, and delivery details.

 

Year One

During the implementation phase, clients are required to complete specified training sessions based on their setup and staff needs. These sessions will be discussed, customized, and scheduled during the Client Implementation call. At least one of these sessions must be conducted virtually. Clients will receive guidance on selecting one additional complementary session that aligns with their goals. Additional sessions within the first year will incur a fee.

The required sessions are dependent on the client's chosen product(s) and services. These may include, but are not limited to:

• Lincoln Content Bank Essentials

Returning Clients

Two complementary sessions are provided annually after the first year. A 30-minute Pre-Session Consultation is available if it is not included in the renewal call. Additional sessions will incur a fee.

Pre-Session Consultation

A 30-minute planning session with a client that will be scheduled by Client Success and the Training team as needed. For some sessions, a Pre-Session Consultation is required to ensure all items are prepared prior to a scheduled session. This discussion is ideal for post-implementation planning for larger sessions or additional engagements. The information gathered during this consultation is used to customize the client experience.

Services

Lincoln Learning Custom Training Session

Design a personalized session with the Lincoln Learning team according to your goals or initiatives. Collaborate directly with our team to create a session that meets your needs. Alternatively, you can combine topics from our session descriptions to create a unique offering.

Professional Learning Office Hours 

New for the 2025-2026 school year, you can join Professional Learning Office Hours with our Training team on a monthly basis. Each session dedicated either to a specific topic or as an open Q&A forum. These sessions will run for approximately 30 minutes, offering clients the opportunity to ask questions and receive the latest updates from our experts. As these sessions are open to all clients, recordings may not be provided. Clients may also schedule dedicated office hours or extend invitations for our team to present at their Professional Learning Community (PLC) meetings.

Certified with Lincoln

The Certified with Lincoln course is designed for new client teachers using Lincoln Learning Solutions' curriculum and those needing a refresher. It teaches best practices to support students and the curriculum's unique features. Aligned to Danielson's Framework For Teaching and the National Standards for Quality Online Teaching, it enhances professional practice and focuses on individualized online instruction. 

The course includes the following topics: 

• Getting Started: Navigate the Learning Management System (LMS) as a student and find support resources. 
• Lincoln Learning Curriculum: Understand the unique features and resources of Lincoln Empowered Curriculum. 
• Communication and Feedback: Learn effective communication and feedback strategies for student success. 
• Supporting Students: Use data-driven tools and accommodation services to support diverse student needs. 

Professional Learning 

Our Training team offers a three-part Professional Learning Series. Part 1 can be on-demand or virtual, while Part 2 is virtual only and highlights Lincoln Learning Solutions Products. Both parts include Guided Notes, and completion of Part 2 grants a certificate. Part 3 provides in-depth training on using our Products and Services related to the Professional Learning topic.

Single Session Webinar

One session of your choosing, up to 90 minutes long.

Onsite Workshop

Workshops are designed in collaboration with each client. The topics are mapped out and can be pulled from smaller sessions or series designs. Each workshop is hands-on to allow for an exploratory experience.
