Troubleshooting Pulse Login Issues

This article details the most common login issues experienced by Pulse users and offers tips to resolve those issues. This document will evolve as users encounter and report additional login issues.

WARNING: If more than one user is using the same device to log in, please remember to log out from each system (Buzz and/or Pulse) before closing your browser.

Ensure you are navigating to Pulse via this URL:

Click Login to get started.

If you are unable to log into Pulse, please first ensure you are entering your correct username in the Username field in the form of an email address or a system username.

If you continue to have difficulty logging in from the Splash Screen, click forgot password and follow the prompts.

WARNING:  Forgot password is not available for all users.  If you do not see this option, please reach out to your district for additional support. 

TIP:  If you need further assistance and reach out to our support team please include the following details:  

  • Name
  • District
  • Email Address
